Instituted 30 January 1934. (1934 1937). Constructed of silver with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a four pointed radiant star, overlaid by a white enameled Geneva Cross with a gilt frame, bearing a central black enameled DRK style German national eagle with feathering highlighted in gilt, the reverse with a barrel hinge and tapering vertical pinback meeting a
