Insignia in silver with red, white and blue enamels, mounted to a wight pointed star base, each of the star points with three rays, measuring 88. 5 mm (w) x 89. 5 mm (h), vertical pinback flanked by dual prongs, light contact, intact enamels, near extremely fine.
