Constructed of a red cotton cloth base, overlaid by double sided central white cotton tresses, in turn defaced by white cotton diamonds bearing black mobile swastikas, the hoist edge with a hollow channel retaining an original rope, retaining a manufacturers label bearing the makers mark of Bernard Richter Fahnenfabrik, Kln, measuring 190 cm (l) x 95 cm (h), demonstrating moderate soiling and minor material fatigue throughout, in very fine
