After fermentation in tank, the wine ages in large acacia wood barrels, gaining a bit of richness without wood notes. This feels smoky and savory with plenty of stone and citrus fruit lifted by a crisp burst of zesty lime and salty stone minerality at the end. Supple enough for solo sipping and better still with food.
