Constructed of a padded black wool backer, the obverse bearing a hand embroidered silver aluminum wire oval laurel and oak leaf overlaid by a gilt Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, measuring 70 mm (w) x 55 mm (h), moderate material fatigue is evident to the wire features, in otherwise fine condition.
