A Military Academy Graduate Badge By Roman Tavast United Republic of 1887 in HalifaxConstructed of gilded bronze with multi coloured enamels, consisting of a Crutch Cross, the obverse with white enameled arms, with a central blue enameled square bearing a gilded applique, with crossed swords piercing the centre of the cross, the reverse with a screwback apparatus and plate, maker marked Roman Tavast, Tallinn, measuring 32. 34 mm (w) x 32. 40 mm (h), weighing 19. 4 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
