60's Tie Dye Fit and Flare Dress vintage raffia Boots size listed as "9A classic 60's day dress upcycled with tie dye. The original color is light blue and treated with navy in an asymmetrical fold pattern. The sleeveless cotton dress features knee length, boat neckline, fitted waist and full skirt. It closes with a back metal zipper. No label. It measures 38" around the bust, the waist is 29" and the length is 38". Excellent condition. Hand or gentle machine wash (the dress has been treated with a color fixative but
