VFG 1980s new wave punk. Med 27 through 29 adjustable waist, made in Taiwan. Genuine Leather. Asymmetrical design is 2. 5 inches at widest point. 3 4ths of an inch at narrowest point. May be faux suede, almost has a velvety feel to it and has a slight nap where you can rub it and changes tone slightly like a velvet fabric. A hole has been made at end of adjustable
